General Terms

1. The intellectual property rights of the online store www.f10.eu belong to SIA FTEN, reg. no. 40203430855, legal address: Rīga, Murjāņu iela 20-1, LV1024.
2. By accessing and using the website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to comply with its terms of use.
3. The user agrees to the processing of personal data when using the www.f10.eu online store.
4. SIA FTEN may collect and store data that enables the analysis of website traffic and usage.
5. In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” of the Republic of Latvia, the order confirmation, which specifies the particular goods and their price, is considered a Distance Contract.
6. SIA FTEN is not responsible for any kind of user losses resulting from the use of the online store www.f10.eu.

Payment Terms

The currency for transactions is Euro (EUR), and all prices include VAT. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods:

1. Payment via internet banking;
2. Card payment;
3. Cash payment at the point of receipt.

According to the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers regulations "Regulations on Distance Contracts" paragraph 19, the product can be returned within 14 days. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the product's value if the product has been used for purposes other than determining its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Purchase Procedure

3. Provide the necessary information.
4. Choose the payment method.
