Warranty and Refunds

In the online store www.f10.eu, the buyer (Buyer), who is a consumer (a natural person), has the right to withdraw from the contract (Contract) concluded between the Buyer and SIA “AJ Distribution”(Seller) for the purchase of goods (Goods) without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the Buyer receives the Goods. If the Buyer has ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day the Buyer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Buyer receives the last item. If the Goods consist of several lots or parts, the period starts from the day the Buyer or a third party receives the last lot or part. For contracts involving regular delivery of goods, the withdrawal period starts from the day the Buyer receives the first item. If the end of the withdrawal period falls on an officially recognized public holiday, the right of withdrawal may be exercised until the following working day (inclusive).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Contract by sending or submitting a written notice in free form containing a statement of withdrawal, or by completing the withdrawal form. The notice or form should be submitted to the Seller’s customer service center (SIA “AJ Distribution”, Bowlero Shopping Center, Latvia, Riga, Lielirbes Street 27, 4th floor) or sent electronically to info@f10.eu. Upon receiving the notice electronically, the Seller will immediately send the Buyer a confirmation of receipt by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If the Buyer withdraws from the Contract, the Seller will reimburse all payments received for the Goods, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Buyer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day the Seller was informed of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from the Contract. If only part of the Goods are returned, delivery costs are reimbursed only if the remaining Goods in the same order would have incurred a lower delivery fee if purchased separately, and only to the extent of the difference between those delivery rates.

The Seller shall transfer the reimbursed amount to the bank account indicated by the Buyer in the withdrawal notice or form. No fees shall be charged to the Buyer for the refund.

The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the Goods back or until the Buyer has provided proof that the Goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

The Buyer must return or hand over the Goods to the Seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days after submitting or sending the withdrawal notice or form, either to the Seller’s customer service centers (addresses available at www.f10.eu ) or to a person authorized by the Seller to receive the Goods. The deadline is met if the Goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.

The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. The Goods may only be handled to the extent that would be possible in a physical store.
