MikroTik
MikroTik is a Latvian company, founded in 1996, to develop routers and wireless ISP systems. MikroTik now provides hardware and software for internet connectivity in most countries around the world. Their experience with industry-standard computer hardware and complete routing systems allowed them to create the RouterOS software system in 1997, which provides wide stability, control, and flexibility for all types of data interfaces and routing. In 2002, they decided to create their own hardware, leading to the creation of the RouterBOARD brand. The company is located in the Latvian capital, Riga, and employs more than 280 employees.
