The D-Link DEM-210 SFP transceiver is a high-performance solution for data transmission over an optical channel. It is hot pluggable and complies with Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) and Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) specifications. The transceiver is equipped with a duplex LC connector and supports the IEEE 802.3u standard for data transmission in half duplex mode at 100 Mbps (or 200 Mbps in full duplex mode) over an optical cable. The transceiver provides low signal distortion when operating on long optical communication channels without loss of performance.
